It's amazing (or is it?), the number of people of all ages and colour that you still see strolling around retail premises and travelling on buses without a mask, yet I have not yet seen any store employee or bus driver challenge them. The only challenge that I have seen was made by a passenger and when he queried this with the driver he was told that it was impossible to police the situation.

Under current law from December 11th 2021,some people, including children under 11, are exempt from wearing face coverings in any setting;
Furthermore , anyone with a health condition or disability ,which means they cannot wear a face covering, has a reasonable excuse for not wearing one.
Members of the public, including store employees,bus drivers, public transport employers, etc. in fact no one but the relative authorities,the Police, have a right to challenge them.
You can be on the wrong side of the law yourself if you challenge someone not wearing a mask and that person has every right to not be wearing one.
