All coaches in all sports are under pressure but interesting reading in a poll of RL fans published online it appears Brett Hodgson and Ian Watson are regarded as the most likely to move to pastures new during the season if the players under their guidance fail their coach. Hodgson, i believe, is favourite for the 'chop' with nearly 40% of fans thinking his job is on the line. The two coaches who fans believe will be safest are Tony Smith and Steve McNamara.. My POV is that newbies in their respective clubs like Wigan, Castleford and Warrington will be given time to implement their philosophy etc on their new charges so should be safe for season one. Injuries of course and luck play their part but roll on 2022.
