OR Trin DID make strong representations about an improved ground and the RFL helped Bradford more than they hindered them. I don't mind which we go with.
The RFL gave financial help (which they tried to keep secret), to the Bulls. That's a well-established fact.
Wakefield did not, at any time, promise to build a new ground if they made it to SL. Nowhere is there a record of this. There are some unattributed jouro reports, yet not a single statement from the club. That's a well-established myth.
I do of course note, you've gone from a "promise", to "a strong representation".
