I get what you mean by that but sometimes you just have to take the risk. Bit of a double edged sword. If they aren’t retained they likely fade away to part time training and environment so wouldnt progress as much as staying and signing for a full time SL team.
We will have to wait and see on Ruan but woth Pitts and Ashurst over 30 there’s opportunity for players like Windrow and Ruan next few years.
