Even if that were to happen, the council should stand strong and get the community facility they shouldve do out of this sham.
Over the years of this fiasco, I’ve lost track re the council’s involvement regarding the initial handover of council land to the developers. I’m sure if someone could dig deep enough, they might unearth that the land could be returned to council ownership if the developers failed to act within a timescale.
I know, I’m just grasp at straws
