I wonder if this paragraph could be open to abuse or unusual interpretation, depending on which clubs are involved. It could mean relegation or not for some club, The rules should be clear before the season kicks off.
If four or more clubs have not been able to fulfil 70% of their games by the end of the season the Rugby Football League will have discretion to determine an alternate minimum figure.
