There’s Rugby Union on both BBC & ITV, it’s been advertised for at least a week at prime times, rammed down our throats, HRH Harry has even popped up, lording how good it will be.
Undoubtedly the product itself will, as usual, disappoint, but boy the RFL and Super league are a million miles off, when it comes to showcasing our superior game, as usual we are being underwhelmed by those who purportedly represent our development and marketing.
It’s been so marvellous, the all round build up, I was even tempted to watch it, luckily I had my sporting needs quenched by the brilliance of Joe Root, and Stokesy again.
