"London have had many years in Super League" & I grant you have produced some professional players, but despite many years with 'protected' status have had zero success & seen their already meagre fan base diminished to spectacularly laughable levels !
Don't get me wrong, London in their many corner shop guises & with their nomadic existence are really a kind of 'start up' business that quite literally starts up *sometimes under a new name* & in a completely new district quite often but I do hope that this new move works for them long term & that they can really grow & be sustainable in one permanent home.
Leigh *as you often like to deride* did enter Super League without an Academy in 2017 but at least Beaumont has verbally committed to developing & applying for Academy place this time around. Again you have pointed out the previous failings of Leigh while ignoring that there are in fact more Super League Clubs without an Academy than there are those with an Academy.
Hardly surprising !
