You do need some high quality squad players but I’m not overjoyed with this.

If it is a couple more years to take him to testimonial, maybe. We do need some experienced cover at centre, or FB in emergencies maybe.

Nothing against him but when’s the last time he MoM’d? Wouldn’t be in my first 17 but we’re unlikely to have a fully fit squad so...
