The season is planned to start end of Feb(Pre lockdown) currently with live streaming for fans. That won't change due to the tier 4 - lockdown change. Nothing changes.

The Tiers, London is in Tier 5 is to be reviewed on 15/2/2021, not necessarily ended. M Gove said on Today on Radio 5 that lockdown was likely to continue till March. Furlough funding continues till April - is any business going to throw away 80% funding on a possible resumption of business, but with no (or very little funding)? I just cannot see it.
The 13million vaccinated is just another throw away promise/prediction which this government makes, and then doesn’t deliver.
I would love to see the season start, and get to games, I like your enthusiasm/optimism, but just don’t believe it I’ll happen........
