one i remember wally arnld wise was hull kr old ground , my ad drove a few , went to widnes in about an hour in old viva when snowing in leeds think kevin squires wayne heron era and had a surprise win in the sun , did barrow away in the cup with a few crammed in a mini van smaller than transit , workington away when the pub was having a lock in during the match. I now watch matches with someone known since 2008 who started watching 1980 also but neither us remembers each other ----- the yorks cup final 1980 there seemed to be a few singing , about 10, one looked like neil hague , his brother like alan smith and 2 like cookson when he had hair (i didn't recognise him in tht with no hair ) the 2 hulls used to fill ss but i was init when kevin dick took a dive to beat hull when hesslewood was centre
