Saturday 5th – Clubhouse open, book now!

We are delighted to announce that our clubhouse will be reopening on Saturday 5th December at 6:00pm offering an excellent Food Menu and Full Bar. In accordance with the latest Covid rules, a ‘substantial meal from our kitchen’ is required to be served to all visitors. Given clubhouse capacity, and in order to ensure your safety we must limit the number of diners to 50 persons per evening, thereby ensuring that all tables are 2 metres apart. Please note; the maximum number allowed at any one table will be 6.

All diners are required to book and pay for the Main Course in advance €15 per person – preferably through SmartClub. The booking fee of €15 covers your main course “substantial meal” – please note bookings need to be made no later than Friday 4th December 13.00.

Depending on the success of next Saturday evening we hope to also open in December on Thurs 10th, Fri 11th, Sat 12th and again the following week on Thurs 17th, Fri 18th and Sat 19th.

All members and their guests are very welcome, to make a booking please log into your own SmartClub account and select Events.

As a reminder how to log into SmartClub:
Insert your Username & Password http://www.smartclubcloud.com/ and select “OldWesleyRFC” enter your details. Please add per basket the amount of guests.
If you have forgotten your Username or Password please see the box below with your unique username inserted. Once you have your Username and if you cannot remember your password select the reset password option on screen. If you have not set up your password please follow the instructions at the bottom of this email.

If this does not work for you please send an e-mail to reserve your table to info@oldwesley.ie and we can then take payment via credit card over the phone.
