Yes, BMM WAS late, but, if you're going to yellow card every late tackle, you're going to be playing a lot of 9's rugby (just as EVERY incorrect PTB would result in a penalty) .
Sezer kicked the ball away in an act of petulance.... thems the rules.. Not the ref's fault, but at times, the law's an ass.
Very much as I see it. I would award a ptb from the 40 with zero tackle to penalise booting the dead ball away, seems more fitting. BMM did not deserve yellow, (we have seen little enough of him as it is).
Wigan player should have got red but as there was less than 10 minutes left it made no practical difference and a ban is bound to follow.
