So tonight's big game was non-stop action, not a scrum in sight.....
But also not a Lineout in sight either.... Rugby league is all the better for it, and although Union have largely got away from tedious rucks and mauls there can be no comparison with what looks like a great success born of adversity.
I thought the non stop action would lead to the big clubs having more blow out scores against the poorer clubs but nearly every team is turning on some great stuff and the players are lasting the pace despite the workload. Young players coming in to cover injuries seem to thrive?
I can't see us going back to scrums can you? Can this new dawn recover lost fans and bring new ones when we get back to "normal"
