So Brian McMoanalot statement is both a begging letter & a ransom note in one, given that the potential investor *demands* that Toronto are a Super League Club !
What if *and they will* Toronto get a reprieve *never before given to any club* & Toronto are relegated at a later time, does the 'potential' investor then demand that Toronto must not be relegated ?
The problem here is that Toronto are employing some of the dirty tricks that they have used more than once before, applying pressure at the last moment to an already embarrassed SL & RFL.
I get that Toronto are needed in RL to "potentially" grow the game & there are plus points to having a Canadian club paving the way for more clubs on the North American continent, it is the way that Toronto have gone about their business & the at any cost attitude of both the RFL & SL that is so galling to so many.
