Thanks mate, I have dealt with a number of Construction companies in a very small way, some very much bigger than Mr. Caddicks, the difference may be the shareholding. I have the idea Mr. Caddick may own the lot and I believe he's somewhere in the "Rich List" published by the Sunday Times as well. Is £40 Million a lot to David Argylle? Caddicks passion is Rugby, he played for Headingley RUFC and took them to the Headingley Stadium. His current passion is Leeds Rhinos. Does he want to die rich? That's the question

At the back end of 2005 Yorks ccc with the help of Leeds City council by way of a loan purchased the cricket ground from Leeds cricket, football and athletic company, for a reputed £12 million presumably to ensure test match cricket there, Gary Hetherington sold the Sheffield Eagles and then bought into Leeds, as for how much investment I wouldn't have a clue, I know this much though in these uncertain times they must be brave men to commit to the club as they have, come the end of the day it's got to be paid back choose who funded it.
