The problem you have is that you swallow anything about "expansion".

That Watkins is supposedly going to be playing for Toronto Wolfpack in Superleague under the new TV deal 2022 because he has a contract to do so is really poor stuff mate!! When was it you read this contract? What were the clauses in it covering future events? You have had the link where Lenegan (NOT ME!) says he's looking for a National League that takes most of the 2022 SKY money. Look it up, if you think it's phoney contact Lenegan. Anyway do you think just as SKY and SL are about to sign up WHOOPS it's pointed out Kallum Watkins still has a year to go on his contract and the deal is all off. The current system is maintained for a further year at SKY's expense because Kallum Watkins contract says so Did you swallow the idea Ottawa will be in there too, do you swallow the idea New York are playing a full season of friendlies next year? Many people have a "facts" filter when they start dreaming of RL bursting across the globe.

But seriously mate, you should know full well one of the first clubs that would be destroyed by your Transatlantic dreams would be Wakefield Trinity. We just don't need two clubs in "Calder" let alone a third. Maybe on the advent of the Transatlantic League in 2022 agreed and signed to honour Kallum Watkins contract, down your way they will finally put the finishing touches to CALDER RLFC. After Neil Hudgel and Tony Crossland walk Nigel Pearson can buyHKR and we will have "Hull United" playing in black and red hoops. Simon Moran will take on Widnes and create "Cheshire" RLFC, Salford and Wigan will become "Greater Manchester RLFC" etc....Here's your 2022 Transatlantic Superleague that ensures Kallum Watkins is in it.....

LEEDS
TORONTO
LONDON
CHESHIRE
OTTAWA
HEAVY WOOLEN RLFC (Fax, Fartown and Bulls)
NEW YORK
HULL UNITED
TOULOUSE
GREATER MANCHESTER
CATALANS
CALDER (your new club )

Now I didn't get that from Mr. Lenegan. It's based on an old 1996 plan of Maurice Lyndsays that didn't work because the fans didn't want it - especially round your way

Just exactly where is this CALDER area people keep referring to, there is no CALDER area it simply does not exist, there is Calderdale which is Halifax way, the river calder runs through Wakefield and into the river Aire just outside Castleford. The river Aire runs through Castleford onto ferry bridge and Knottingley hence place names like Airedale, Aire street Aire walk, and neither river run anywhere near Featherstone, so just where is this mythical club called CALDER actually based
