I am sure he is friendly with Nigel Wood after,presumably,they spent time together discussing Toronto Wolfpack,over the past few years.

Would there be a need for him to be involved with Bradford as,presumably,he is currently in Canada,and Bradford have such involvement with Ian Lenagan,as outlined by Donnyman.

Also,without incurring any costs as Ottawa haven't yet put together coaching team or players,Perez should be ready to go,with Ottawa,for next year.

Then again,Donnyman may know differently.

I certainly think this current virus will be hitting the future of Bradford Bulls far more than Ottawa.
