The new stadium for York has a 4k capacity,I believe,and the head coach wants to improve junior player pathways.
Obviously,from the last Licensing guidelines things may have changed - such as stadia,attendances etc.but Donnyman will know the new criteria.Bradford have it.Maybe it is past attendances in the golden era....which is some time prior to the current pandemic,and the consequent finance squeeze.
If Wigan can find somewhere to play their attendances may drop,so maybe York could fulfill the attendance criteria.
Donny has been saying for years that attendances are not part of criteria. If so, Toronto would have a guaranteed place in Super league.
