It's a two year old article designed to puff up the visit to Australia, Lenegan equally droned on about how if the NRL did not want Perth, then Perth could join a "world league" stretching from I suppose Vancouver to Belgrade, and Edinburgh to said Perth. The dreamers used the article as proof that Superleague were aiming at a World league.

But since then every comment from any SL boss has not provided any succour for such a league. I can see it now.........
