Exactly. Scratch behind the gimmicks and exaggerated ambitions and you can see the club's mindset is amateurish.
It looks like we're in for another disappointing off season of recruitment where we fail to close the gap on teams ahead of us.
If we carry on where we finished last year - losing games, playing uninspiring rugby, then the season coming up is going to see the fan base agitated, booing the team off, demanding change, calling for heads to roll.
It is really not going to go down well, when we read the latest media interview about how 'the Wolves are leading the way in innovative marketing' because of something Wolfie did or how we trolled another team on twitter, and bold statements from the club hierachy about how our vision is to be the best of the best of the best, we want to be a global elite sporting brand
