Or is part of the problem that warrington is a cash cow and young players see more senior players or imports earning a higher wages and think right I want £xxk per year. From what I hear there are a number of players that have moved on under those circumstances.
I think the money that we pay out gives us a problem.
Look at the Wigan team and look at all of the positions and I reckon that there will be only 1/2 positions where we think that the Wigan player in that shirt is on more than the Warrington equivalent.
I know we don't know the contract values but I would be surprised if it is any more than 2. Yet the bulk of their squad has a man drawer full of GF rings.
We are a gravy train but we have put ourselves in that position chasing the Holy grail.
