Hi fishermanscap its just never appealed to me. Im more against the way the fixtures pan out more than the event itself. I just don't get that extra fixture that the M W throws up. I can stay at home watch my team and maybe pick up another 2 or 3 games over the entire weekend.
Like I said to play every team home and away seems the best basis to compose any league table at the end of the season. Also when the fixtures for the season are released if your at home the first game of the season you should be away the last, that would be easy to introduce and could be shared out season after season. You quite often find that some play both fixtures at home and if not nearly always get the last game of the season at home.
