With home ground advantage Toulouse should beat any of the other Championship clubs who aspire to challenge Toronto.
It doesn't work like that.
Being at home isn't always the best policy. Plenty have beaten toulouse away including a really average Rochdale side who gained promotion as a result a few years ago.
If people think everything that promotion to SL is a foregone conclusion, think again.. The RFL have done everything for Toronto and the Frogs. Let's see what happens
