Sport and construction are not the only sectors to look upon unfavourably on drug taking, most public sector workers would lose their jobs if they were caught doing so.
Since when have the people that make the laws ever stuck to any of them?
Enacting illegal wars and illegal financial activity are far more serious crimes than the odd joint or line they’ve had in their youth.
