I also think had the incidents that happened whilst at Leeds happened at Cas, I don`t think Cas would have got rid of him either. There is a big difference in the fact that he was to be banned for what was to be 2 years at the time, I don`t think Cas can take the moral high ground here over Leeds.
Talent should not come in to the decision on action to be taken by the club against player, but it does and unfortunately we know it always will do.
Players are assets. If a club signs a player for £150k, they don't want to sack them, then see another club pick them up for free as soon as their ban is up. Hardaker shafted Cas in that way.
