Summer 7s 2019

Let’s get ready to dive into summer sevens!  Practice starts on Tuesday, June 11th, 2019 at 7:15 PM at Duvall Field in College Park.  If you haven’t played sevens yet (or are new to rugby), this is a great time to learn and work on individual skills and fitness.  I encourage everyone to come out to sevens practice!  If you’re looking to get started on your sevens training,

Practice will be Tuesdays and Thursdays at Duvall, starting at around 7:15 PM until about 8:30 depending on numbers and weather.  Please remember to bring water, cleats and mouthguard.  To join our list serve please email marylandstingers@gmail.com with a request to join the 7’s group.
