We have our biggest game for (in the Challenge Cup at least) 30+ years coming up, and we have an announcement on our web-site that we're expanding our commercial team.
The next news item declares that tickets for the semi will be on sale at 10am "tomorrow", but with a date of today (the 5th). There's absolutely no information about how we can buy tickets, where they'll be in the ground or what our allocation is.
My son and I want to attend, but it's a 400 mile round trip for us and I won't be able to pop into the office at the Shay to pick up tickets for us.
I hope the "new" commercial team can deliver a far more professional offering for the fans.
