It's the same application as before isn't it? It was stated at the time that it would come back to the commitee as it was classed as 'minded to refuse' so there will have been some legalities to check before the decision can be signed off completely. Usually nothing more than a box ticking exercise to ensure no comeback on the council. Doubt it will be a problem.

Minded to Refuse for the reasons set out below, but that a report would be prepared for the next appropriate Committee meeting setting out the final wording of the proposed reasons and whether those reasons were clear and relevant planning grounds to justify the decision.
