Personally --plus based on facts---
think his support play in a regularly disjointed team selection and defence work rate and return have made him one of the highlights of the season so far .
Get the impression he HAS worked hard on improving his game so feels THAT deserves some reward Will be sorry to see him go as this attitude plus natural ability could take him much further in the game
But his agent needs to be realistic about his 'worth' and sadly may be have overstepped the threshold of what hes worth to us in SW`s plans
Will feel a bit ***** though if he reaches the top elsewhere !!
Then again thought Larne would achieve more than he did but players develop (or don`t) in different ways due to numerous factors not just the players alongside them - thats sport!!
Coaches and hard work can only do so much without the natural ability X factor and personally think Mellor has that to take him further in the game .Good luck to him!!
