With just four days to go until Saturday’s Guinness PRO14 quarter-final against Ulster, Connacht trained at The Sportsground this morning as preparations continued for the big game in Belfast.
 
Andy Friend has close to a clean bill of health for the clash, with Quinn Roux the only played ruled out.
