Congratulations to our very own Gareth Smith who has been selected to join the British Army Rugby Squad for their upcoming Inter services Campaign against the Royal Air Force and Royal Navy.
Gareth who joined the club in the summer is a serving soldier in The Royal Welsh which is an Armoured Infantry Regiment based in Tidworth.
He has joined up with the squad this week for the all important preparation for their game against the RAF on the 27th April at Kingsholm Stadium in Gloucester.
On the 5th May, they play the Royal Navy which is sold out at Twickenham Stadium . Don’t worry though, the game will be shown on SKY so get the Sky planner ready!
