Summed up perfectly for me. I’ve posted how I’m unhappy with a number of things at the club currently but Lam needed time and still does. The last couple of weeks are a start but we need to keep progressing. He’s had 8 games and in about the same again I think we’ll be able to form some opinions on how he’s doing and how well he can do long term.
