We caught up with Daf as the boys focus on Friday nights game.

“The cup is always one that all teams aim for  and the last eight teams will certainly be  battling it out to get the all important win” We are focused and will continue to train hard this week to eliminate any errors , which we know we cannot afford to make against the Merthyr team. The boys always play for the badge and we are looking forward to a good game with our fantastic supporters cheering us on ”

“On a separate note, myself the players, coaches and management would like to wish Lloyd Rowlands all the best in his retirement from rugby. He has been a great asset to the team since joining us 2 years ago and is a class act on and off the pitch, he will certainly be missed by the boys and the fans. I would like to thank him for all he’s done for us and he will always be part of our rugby family.  Me and the boys look forward to catching up with him for a beer soon ”
