Any plans to give the North Stand concourses a face lift? Currently tired and bland with pretty average facilities refreshments wise. Seems to have been forgotten about and left behind compared to the South and East stand concourses.
Any plans to revise the pretty pointless loyalty points / rewards system for Season Ticket holders when purchasing items in the shop? Any chance of bringing the 10% off back or a simplistic reward structure?
Benefits for Season Ticket holders to bring a family member or friend to a game are pretty limited in the fact there’s only £10 off the one match. Any plans to alter this to allow people more scope to introduce the game to new people while saving them money?
