Agree completely. He might not be the most naturally talented player in the squad but I'm a huge fan of his purely for his attitude and work ethic.
That's not to say I disagree with giving Jack the no 1 shirt (I'd start Jack over Ashton at FB) but Ashton's a model professional and if more of the squad had anything close to his commitment and attitude last year then we'd be in a much better place. (imho)
