The fact Hudgell is involved as well points to more than just ensuring financial probity at the RFL. It points more to 2 club owners getting annoyed at what they perceive to be another club benefitting from RFL action while they are not.
It means that he has done exactly what he was charged to do by the other SL chairman, the fact Hudgell is involved does not automatically mean Carter has any other involvement as implied by the Bulls chairman.
