Where the Aussies will do better than us is brining the young talent from that game up to first grade. Most of their players won’t be rushed into first grade as they have a well funded age group set up as well as a proven reserve grade system. The two main reasons are they have a lot more cash in their game & a larger pool to pick from. Well done to our lads & their coaches. We probably get the same percentage of international youngsters going into the top grade but as I say they just have more & they won’t be pushed into action before they are ready.
