I meant the stadium complex which is where they could start to look at non football revenue streams. Anyone buying the club would be looking for ownership of the stadium itself so they could develop it as they want to . I don't know of many PL and EFL clubs who play in a rented stadiums so the model is clearly ownership of your stadium and as much land as you can get. Running & maintenence costs are minimal compared to income levels in the PL and top of the championship
