I agree. Max isn't a bad little player but he still needs plenty of improvement and whilst he is slightly younger than Hampshire and Reynolds they probably have better attributes all around. I think Ryan could be an excellent fullback if he is willing to commit to the position personally. His speed chiming into the line and his evasiveness could be devastating if worked on.
