If you look, according to that site nobody in the team played more than 13 games, it also doesn't go beyond round 12 in SL. it also says above the squad stats -
Appearances and Points include (Super League,Challenge Cup and Play-offs) as of 24 April 2016
I know he played a fair number of games because BJB started there and a few games in he went to the wing and Jowitt took over for the majority of the season.
In 2016 according to the RL project, Jowitt played 24 games at FB including CC games.

Plus if you remember he got Rookie of the Year, so he definitely won't have played that few.
