Due Diligence has many checks and balances, some people see what they want to see and others see with vision and intelligence and most of all assurity.I would find it as interesting that any business owner, proprietor or manager would not look to references from competitive organisations as part of their due diligence. Not to do that would be irresponsible....do we have any businessman here that would fit that category. i.e. seduce their staff, employment limitations based on race or religion or sexual preferences. Then gloat as to how good they are whilst wasting an inordinate amount of time on social media.Nah! lets just sack our administration for the obvious 1000% reliance they placed on due diligence and all the other reports and recommendations that were expended in finding the candidate of their choice......we could have just asked some site members who are never wrong!Guess what, I just happen to respect Bup very much on this site and I like him do not know Mark O'Neill very well, but I happen to think he deserves a go before any half assed supporters with a record of any diligence should cast shadows over him.I respect the people that suggest with Parra's record that employing him after his "seeming indiscretion" is maybe a risk.BUT Isn't this site negative about political correctness and the way it is judged. I hate PC and think it is the source of so much failure in NRL.It seems to me that Mark O'Neill committed no crimes and should not be discriminated against by "pithy" PC if he has the qualities to do something good for our club.It will be difficult to judge his performances because it will involve systemic changes and people on this site (some) are as superficial as anyone could possibly be. It will be change's that the review recommends, we should be content at this point in saying the review has identified weaknesses and our club has made the first step to bring itself into order.For all the people out there that support our club, lets get behind the process.See More
