Now that it appears highly likely that the Melbourne Storm are 1 step closer to perhaps winning back to back Premierships which hasn't been done since the Broncos in 1992-3. Would the Melbourne Storm be considered worthy holders of such a prestigious record given ALL the salary cap scandals, the well known favoritism displayed towards certain high profile players in their team by the NRL and the referees. And considering some of their on field dirty tactics including their wrestling techniques in the tackles and the chicken wing tackles just to name a couple. As much a they may be admired as a tough and resilient team. From my perspective they won't be considered worthy or held in high esteem IF they are fortunate enough to win back to back Premierships. I will always view them as the cheating grubs of Rugby League.See More
