I have no inside information but it sounds to me as though both Westwood and BMM are nursing the type of injuries that may require surgery during the off season and it's now a case of just trying to squeeze the odd game from them. No doubt they are not alone and there will be the usually post season queue outside the surgeons door come end of October.
Assuming that the 19 named for Huddersfield are all able to play then I would like to see Hughes keep his place at the back with Pomeroy and Thompson in the second row. Atkins on the bench with Livett and Smith to miss out. It's a close run thing between who misses out between Pomeroy, Thompson and Livett so I think that it will all come down to fitness.
