I have always thought Fittler was a bit of a space cadet but was a brillant footballer in his time . I have been so impressed with his nsw coaching .Picked on youth and form and team combinationsRewards performances and effortNot afraid to demote playersPlays to his strengths but thinks enough to go and modify plans if they don’t work .Plain English assessment of game and players with such honesty that you can relate to it .Shame he wasn’t available. He might be the one to ignite the youth policy and create honesty and transparency in the club .
