1 THE younguns may WANT TO play - thats good but I`m saying that the ideal structure is to introduce them into a teamthats going well with senior players setting an example - not throwing them to the Lionsin a struggling team out of desperation. Hows that going to develop them and give them confidence ? You wouldnt pitch the best 18 year old at Longwood harriers against Mo Farah
As for your second point , any good youngsters who show they can hack it in a struggling team in SL will certainly be approached Id bet if we end upin the million pound game or worse......
And if its a glamour team that comes knocking - and they want to progress - it will be a hard decision theyre facing
Thats the predicament wed be facing soon if thingsdont change sadly !
