Everyone i've ever known thats played part time always had a base contract, some very low amounts some not bad amounts. Then its topped up with win bonuses. A mate of mine played for sheffield when they won the play off final against swinton in league 1 to come back to championship level. They won about 13 games on the bounce he earned a decent wedge on top of his full time job
