Thinking about who replaces Arthur and the best I could come up with was Des but he got the flick for being a one trick pony just like we were yesterday. People would say Griffin is a good coach but I bet Gus Gould pulls the strings in the back  ground. A football general manager is needed a better assistant for BA and who does our recruitment? Why is our junior system in shambles? We have constantly let go of all the good young juniors since Cleal left at the end of 2002. We came good again in 2005 but that was from Smith buying back good players he let go and bringing in a few handy buys in the process. Really though why since 2002 we have let go so many good juniors. One carved us up yesterday. He left well before Arthur was in charge. Max and Bernie pull your finger out and fix it!See More
