That is a good article. He is not saying Happy days are here again'; he is saying there is more good than bad, there is promise and potential, there is wise business sense behind the current regime and it is rugby league based. We are not owned by a curry house, a bed shop or a security guard with a few bob. We are owned by rugby league folk, who see that the 2nd biggest city in UK RL and the 6th (ish) in world RL, CAN and will produce decent talent in the medium to long term.
That is proven now and has been proven in the past. How the current owners develop that is key. The excellent work of the Bulls Foundation across Bradford Schools, clubs AND at Lidget Green, Hanson, Peel Park, Tong and elsehwhere is sowing more seeds for future success. The more we encourage young boys and girls to 'TRY' RL (excuse the pun) the better for the club and city. The Bulls are doing their part. It's up to all in Bradford, particularly if you love this game and this club, the better for everyone. The more kids playing, the better crowds, the more money ad the better long term the Bulls will come.
There is not magic potion, just good rugby common sense. It's up to everyone to play their part in support. Happy days are not quite here yet, but they will be IF the current trend continues.
