No need to go one. Your point is not well taken. You are confusing a small town (Wigan) and its suburbs, with a big city (in London's case a giant city). The Borough of Wigan has just over three hundred thousand people. Greater London has over 8.63 million people. The districts of London such as Chelsea, Tottenham, that you mention are at least as big as, if not bigger than, Wigan town (which is just over 100,000). Tiny Leigh is barely deserving of its own post office, let alone a rugby league team.
